I only wake up hot and sweaty after a nightmare (: OR because it's really hot weather and im wearing very thick pyjamas (same as person above)

No, I can't say I have had the experience. We keep our heat pretty low, so I doubt anything would make me hot and sweaty, well maybe a few contacts here would!!! LOL
