We appear to be greedy and lack culture. (Not altogether far from the truth!). We dig in other country's business, but won't sweep our own front porch. It's our law or the highway; no one likes to be pushed up against the wall without choices. We stand by Israel, which makes them hate us even more, Iran, particularly. Despite the aid we send (Tsunami '04, Pakistan earthquake '07, etc.) that all seems to be forgotten. If we're not for their ways, despite of consequences, we are against them. The media really distorts the truth of America, and the propaganda country's leaders feed to their own people about us, is also mostly twisted.

It goes to lack of memory and lack of gratitude. Most countries owe us a portion of their GNP, run to us when the bullies show up and in general expect us to be the COP/DADDY when there's trouble. Then like seven seconds later they loathe and detest us.

They are jealous and don't understand how hard we really work for our lifestyle.They watch too many movies that show a glamous life in America.Not all of us live that way.

Because we are bombing countries for oil. People believe that all Americans support this when in reality, this is not the case.
