Andrea Bocelli!!
Andrea has a warmer, fuller voice. Paul has got talent, but he lacks in smoothness and fullness.

OMG - get a version by a PROPER singer. Poor old Paul Potts has been sucked up by marketing and misguided media hysteria. He has a half-decent voice but time will tell - he won't last.
The nasty disease known as Bocellism is a different case. He's a first-class fraud. His voice is like a cat being neutered without anaesthetic. And don't forget to look at his closed, un-seeing eyes and remember he's BLIND. All of his marketing material reminds you of this. He is rubbish and it is an insult to the memory of Pavarotti to have that man's name in the same sentence.
Bocelli is an evil scourge on music. Without his disability he'd be NOTHING.

What! Paul Potts has a long way to go before he can even hold a candle to Andrea Bochelli! He's just playing at it.

Neither, from a classical view point. Neither of them are really talented "classical" tenors, more towards pop. If you had other options I'd suggest the greats like Pavarotti, Domingo, or Carreras (1 of the 3 tenors basically).

Neither -they both are far too loud for my taste so I would choose Aled Jones instead!
