~ I think you meant either of these 2 words :
Sporadic: occurring at irregular intervals or only in a few places; scattered or isolated : sporadic fighting broke out.
Spermatic: of or relating to sperm or semen.

If you mean "sporadic", then it means "off and on".
Like, "I wasn't able to be at the computer every day this week; I could only sporadically check my email."
