Was it Einstein who said: "Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is the definition of insanity."
That's why I never make NY Resolutions. Been trying to lose the same 20 pounds for the last ten years. Every year a new diet, every year a new feeling of failure. I'm done.
Any kind of new beginning requires a shift in perspective, almost an epiphany. These moments are rare.
We are what we are and total acceptance of that fact is often, oddly, the beginning of the change.

Yes, you can have a new beginning. What you choose to do with it is up to you. Seems that it's a bit wasted if you end up doing the same old thing.

Hi Baby, No i don't think you can. If you want to start a new beginning you will have to change so things about you and some places you hang out at. That's the way to have a new start.

Something has to change, whether it be your attitude, your actions or your surroundings or how could it be classified a new beginning?
