Describe a situation when you identified a new way of doing something which affected other people. How did you convince the others that it was the right thing to do? *

To me, you can only ask for some time and space to prove that your concepts work effectively in the real world. Then, you can use that window of opportunity to prove that your ideas are valid and useful.

Results, not words, will always rule.

I learned, while listening to people, that EVERYTHING they say, has a deep, long history behind it. Weather hi, to the most complicated back-story, the fact is, their giving a piece of themselves away that you can use to understand them, you, and this world. Unforuntelly, no one but councillors and shrinks have picked up on this, and for reasons, other then mine.....
