This is the year I make a resolution not to make a resolution because I never carry it out.
Happy New Year, all.

Well, I certainly make a New Years Resolution. Usually every year I vow to lose weight and work out more. Now I'm a Senior citizen, so both of these are difficult, but I do try. After Xmas dinner yesterday, I do have to make a real effort. Going to Arizona in March so I GOTTA DO IT!!!!!

Umm, I have never made a New Years Resolution, but I have been thinking about what 2008 will be like.

I make resolutions for myself but not necessarily for New Years. I make them when I feel a need to make them. I go by my own timeline, not the calendar's. We're never in sync.
There's lots of things I want to get done this year and my list is long but I started it long ago and it has nothing to do with the beginning of the year.
I realize that for many people, it is a new beginning but so is my birthday. ;+)

I usually make monthly resolutions! But seriously, I try to write down on paper my New Year expectations, then look at them at the end of the year to see how many came to pass.
