Shadow of the Colossus is a fun and unique action/adventure game. Here is a review if you'd like to read about SotC:

Any of the Ratchet and Clank series is good, so if you are interested in trying these games, start with the first one.
If you like shooters, Medal of Honor - Frontline and MoH - Rising Sun are great WWII shooters.
I wish I could recommend more, but some of the best shooters and action/adventure games tend to have a "M" rating. The ones I listed above are all rated "T".

The whole Devil May Cry series is great!!
Tekken 4 and 5 are also cool but you should upgrade to a Ps3

guitar hero is one of the most popular right now and it's very addictive. ...but if u want shooter games Call of Duty 3 just recently came out, n it looks interesting.

COD3 is a good one. Guitar Hero2...God of war 1 or 2... socom is a good shooter too
