Ok i bought Oblivion elder scrolls three days ago and i was trying to play it and it said the disc was not inserted so i opened the cd drive and it was there when i took it out to look at it it had a white ring around the edge of the disc(not the picture part) I would take it back but i dont have to receipt what should i do

Depends on where you bought it from. Some stores (like Wal-mart) will accept the return for the same title only. You might try there anyway. Sounds as though you just got a bad disc.

Download an ISO of the play disc and download Daemon Tools and then mount the ISO to the virtual drive with Daemon Tools. You can also try to take it back anyways, sometime you get lucky and they'll switch it out anyways, especially since you got it so recently they MIGHT remember you buying it.
