It depends on my mood....I'm a bit of a grumpy old woman this year and could tell you more about the ones I don't like. If I have to listen to Santa Baby one more time I'll scream!!!!
But seriously, there are so many great Christmas carols and songs. I like Silent Night, and I like "White Christmas" from the film. Anything, as long as it is sung with feeling and in tune!!

Silent Night!!! It is the most beautiful Christmas song there is in my opinion. Also Christmas Shoes. For the fun ones, I love Santa Baby and I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas.

The Holly and the Ivy, or God Rest Ye, Merry Gentlemen.
these are not "Christmas songs", they are about the true meaning of Christmas, and are religious in nature.
on a lighter note, John Denver and the Muppets 12 Days of Christmas is hilarious.
