I asked my best friend about this. She said kimchee was excellent. Send it to her.
She also went on to tell me if kimchee was a topic of conversation, we've ALL been spending too much time on the computer.

Bury it, dig it up regift it. Eveyone knows the older the kimchee the better.

ewwwww.... kimchee is a very aquired taste, so the only way it would be ok is if you knew the person really really liked it
