I am trying to come up with a business plan to sell erotic greeting cards with high quality art nudes. All the original images are mine. Can someone suggest some ideas or direct me to sources like books that can get me started. I am thinking of multi-format items, i.e., cards, note pads, calendars, stationary, hard copy or virtual, sets of cards, i.e., 20 to a pack, individual, etc.

Since no one else has answered this one yet, I'll attempt to help you out.

Since an erotic greeting card business is fairly specialized, you'll have to do some Google searches on "greeting card business" and take it from there.

I found one listing below that has some basic information to get you started.

I have no idea how to do this, but I was telling my sisters that I wanted to do the same thing. I have few ideas, but I want to do it on my own, I don't want to mess around with some big company and go through the rejection, not that I cannot handle rejection, but I enjoy being my own boss. Good luck...

What makes your taking part in cards so particular whilst in comparison with another card on the industry? Why could desire to a save pick to sell your taking part in cards over somebody else's? do no longer forget that by applying promoting your taking part in cards, a save would be taking shelf area far off from yet another provider provider. you may desire to differentiate your self. make constructive that the save knows what you may wish in terms of shelf area, and determine you may justify it: How plenty area do you desire, what's going to your reveal appear as if, why is taken under consideration one of those reveal staggering for the save. ultimately, you may desire to provide them some revenues forecasts. what number revenues do you assume you will make in a given era, how plenty gross revenues will this generate, and how plenty a shrink will the retail save get out of this. you may no longer pull those numbers out of a hat: you may desire to do industry learn. this does not could desire to be complicated - in simple terms get a feeling of ways prepared the final public is to purchase your taking part in cards. have you ever tried promoting them at a bazaar or craft honest? in case you may tell a retail provider provider a pair of rather valuable journey which you had at a commerce honest (which contain promoting greater suitable than the different artisan, or some thing else), it quite is in simple terms as convincing as having piles of industry documents. do in simple terms no longer forget that it quite is a merciless worldwide accessible, and in simple terms because of the fact acquaintances and kin love your taking part in cards, it does no longer mean that the the remainder of the martket would be as welcoming. additionally, do no longer forget that retail shops and the internet are actually not the only mediums for promoting products. What approximately changing your organization kind, and offering customized taking part in cards for agencies who desire bulk orders (enormously at Christmas time)? Or, specializing in making thank-you taking part in cards and invites (that are plenty greater flexible and are often utilized by applying the corporate industry whilst in comparison with greeting taking part in cards, that are quite basically used at Christmas)? start up small. in case you have a product that folk desire, then they'll come to you, and it will sell itself! reliable success!
