When I put the CD in, the computer cant find the CD. But if I put in any other CD it reads it...what do I need to do in order to install this game??

Are you sure it's a CD and not a DVD? Can your disc drive read DVDs? There's absolutely no reason other than that which I can think of as to why it wouldn't work.

You could possibly just download the game though since you have all of the information that's really important like the CD Key to activate your account.

There's a few things that come into mind when something like this happens to me:

*1. Check to see if theres scratches on the disc. If some are present you may need a device like Game Dr.

**2. Make sure the game IS for your operating system. You may have a Windows os and have a game for Mac.

***3. If you have a burned game sometimes during the burning process errors may occur which leave the disc unplayable/unreadable.

****4. Make sure you have the right drives to play the game. (You may have a dvd game but a cd rom drive only)

(Also make sure your computer has the minimum recommanded specs to play the game...which is always a plus)

This may sound silly but I believe Hellgate: London comes on a DVD, not a CD. Do you have a DVD drive in your computer?
