Regular cycles can suddenly change due to any number of factors - stress, weight loss or gain, environmental hormones - and sometimes they change for no apparent reason.
Did you have unprotected sex in the last month? Chart out the month with day 1 being the first day of your last period. In a normal cycle, you'd want to worry about sex between days 7 and 14 (give or take). In this one, the next period came 3 days late, so you probably ovulated on day 17, so consider those three days also. How risky were the sex acts on those days?
Regardless, even though your period was lighter than normal, it's probably a normal period and you're probably fine. Both tests coming back negative is a pretty stong sign also that you're not pregnant. Take another one in a couple of days if you're still worried.

Or stressing about being pregnant can disrupt your cycle. Ive done that a few times. Changes in routine, diet, stress, etc can all make your cycle crazy. If it had been a week or 2 since you did the deed that you think may have knocked you up when the test came out neg, id say you are fine. Take another one if it had only been a few days, and make sure not to test out of your first pee of the day.
Edit: Megan, eat a sandwich. And waiting 6 weeks, if you dont want to have it, will make you ineligible for a medical abortion (RU 486), which is far more humane than surgical abortions (vacuum).

Have you been experiencing anything new and stressful in your life? Stress can affect a woman's period as well as birth control. If you've taken pregnancy test and they are negative, then you may not be pregnant. But this could also be the sign of a different problem being that you're also experiencing nausea. If your period comes late again and you're still nauseated, you may want to schedule a doctors appointment.

If you got a period, then it's very unlikely that you are pregnant. If you are concerned, see a doctor. With two negative tests and having gotten your period, I'm not sure why you would still think you were pregnant. Nausea and cramps can be caused by many things, not just pregnancy.

Today's pregnancy tests are pretty accurate, but I would certainly try one more test. I would be very surprised if you get a false negative this long after your period was due to start. Are your breasts tender? Each time I was pregnant my breasts were the first indication for me - before nausea.
If your symptoms contine, with or without a positive pregnancy test, please see a doctor!

Two negative tests should be sufficient to reassure you that you aren't pregnant. If you are still worried, wait a few days and test again.

i dont think so. it could be because your under your normla body weight or what it should be. i skip mine all the time and it used to be regular. i'll skip a month or 2 here and there then it will go back to normal for a couple months. so i think you're probably fine but you might want to just check with someone about it.
hope this helps :)

If you got your period, then it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant. You may be nauseous in the morning because of anxiety... sometimes it can be nerve-racking to wonder if you might be pregnant when you don't want to be.
