Yes...I so do get sick of cleaning the house and definitely endless. The house is always picked up before my husband gets home. I vacuum, dust, mop, clean counter tops and laundry daily. Clean stainless every other day, clean sinks and bathtubs bathtubs, faucets twice a week and so on. My problem is the repetitiveness of the whole thing. I hate the everyday crap and I don't feel it is very challenging. I do like the end result but I get tired of doing the same thing over and over again. What really sucks is it still isn't enough for DH.

If there is anyone living in the house with you, they should help by at the very least cleaning up after themselves.
Meanwhile, I do have a few tips for you that will cut all that work down dramatically.
1)Take care of chores when they need to be done instead of letting them build up. Believe it or not, that will take far less time.
2)If you have laundry to do, start a load in the morning before you attend other chores. The washing machine will mind itself quite nicely for a while.
3)Keep spray bottles of diluted Lysol and diluted vinegar in the bathroom and kitchen. In the mornings after you finish in the bathroom, spray down the sink and outside of the toilet with the lysol and wipe with a cleaning rag. Do the same after you use your bathtub. Your bathroom will never get REALLY dirty again.
4)Wash your dishes when you're done using them instead of letting them sit while the dirt hard-dries. Believe me, that's a whole lot less scary.
5) Choose times to dust, vacuum, and mop. It doesn't have to all be done at once, though I find it's easier for me because I won't forget anything that way.
This is coming from someone who DOESN'T like cleaning. I seldom spend more than an hour a day on cleaning total- except for the day that I add the dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. Then I might spend 2 hours- Including a coffee break and running various clean-ups and scans on my computer.
Good luck.

I really enjoy cleaning my house. I work evenings four days a week, so I do have an extra day off to clean, but I clean some every day. I do laundry everyday, can not stand dirty clothes lying around, even in the hamper. I do however have a routine for cleaning and that may help. I do different chores each day. My least favorite is dusting, I do it but hate to dust. Happy cleaning! Have you ever seen that show How Clean Is Your House! That is uugghh!
