Well, considering the fact that; even if they gave them their best shot, they'd still lose, I'd say sit em'. The Giants aren't that good. The running game is struggling and Eli is inconsistent. It would only hurt their morale if they played and still got spanked.

No, and they shouldn't. They will not beat New England this week, and would do better to rest as many starters as they can to prepare for their first playoff game. It would do the G-men no good to get beat up in a loss to the Patriots, then go out with a bunch of back-ups against Tampa Bay.
I am a Giants fan, but am also realistic. I don't expect my team to beat the Patriots. I also want them to have a decent showing in the playoffs.
Daryl Johnston put it best during the Bills-Giants game on Sunday. He said "The Giants should rest their starters. They have no obligation to the league to go out and beat New England. Fifteen other teams have gone out and tried, and it isn't the Giants' responsiblility". I think that was a good point.

The Giants will do everything they can to win on Saturday. They still aren't locked into the 5 seed, and I like their chances more agaisnt TB than I do against Seattle, so a win is important. Not to mention, they would love to be the team to knock off the Pats and end the undefeated season. They'll try as hard as they can to win, though I don't know if it'll make a difference.

Simply no. The pats are to good to lose to any team. The giants and pats are both in the playoffs so expect both teams to not give 100%. However, expect the Pats to give a little more than the giants.

I think the Starters for the Giants will play till the half , Eli Manning has'nt looked all that sharp as of late so you may see him in there getting some work. He may since being in the play-offs already throw 4 interception for TD's so he can save his brother's TD record .Thats 1 way to keep Brady and Moss off the field .

No I think The G-men have bigger worries, like facing Tampa Bay the following week, You tell me what is more important betting the Pats or winning a playoff game on the road.

If they are smart, they will do what is best for them. Rest anybody who needs rest, give a little work to the starters to keep tuned, but don't make a big deal out of it. Nothing to gain by beating NE except a good feeling going into the playoffs.

No.. The Pats are going to be playing this like the SB.
However, the NFC is very top heavy and they will probaby beat TB ( who i think is quite weak ) in the first round, but then get drilled by the Cowboys in the 2nd.

giants have a great defense for pass rushing and some good linebackers so if they get to tom brady they will get to him all day without brady doing anything the patriots will lose and offense on the other hand is pretty decent but a decent offense could beat the patriots look at how they almost lost to the ravens but to beat the patriots a team just needs a good pass rushing and good coverage defense which i think the giants have and they will go to the field motivated to win

No, I really doubt that they will. To be honest I hope they do. I think though they already know where they are seeded and have to play next week, so they aren't going to risk players getting hurt.
