Yeah, I got a Dirt Devil Kurv for christmas, but it didn't come with instructions. How do I change the filter, empty it, and stuff like that? Any advice/help would be great because right now all I can do is turn it on. Thnx!!!

You should be able to get a manual from the manufacturer. I find it rather strange that yours was missing.
If you look your machine over, you probably will find buttons and levers that don't have anything to do with turning your machine on and off, though.

Take it back to the store and get something else, the dirt devil is junk---Eureka and Hoover are good a vacuum cleaner. OF course the Dyson is THE best, but if you don't have a lot of carpet or $500.00 than it isn't worth it.
