People say that pant presses are only for getting rid of wrinkles, but will not crease your pant.
I have read that shirt presses won't do as well as an iron on shirts.

Is there anything out there that can actually crease without using an Iron?

What do you recommend?

I am not sure what type of crease you are wanting but for dress pants (with a crease in the front from the knee to the bottom of the pant) I hang them up that way. Like with jeans I will just fold them length ways in half (where one of the back pockets and one side of the leg are showing) and hang on the hanger ergo no creasing. If I want front creasing for dress pants I hold pants up one hand at button and zipper one hand at the opposite side (the top part of the back of the pants keeping in line with where your butt would be) and hang that way ( you should be able to see a front and a back pocket like this). Spray with a little bit of water (I like using febreeze) where you want the crease. Hope I didn't confuse you too much :).
