If when you see someone, they are evidently full of nonsense and not laughing at anything in particular, then it's you. I have been the "pun" of joking characters. The best revenge is to do and be your best. Don't worry about "fools." What shall we then say to these things? If GOD be for us, WHO can be against us? - Romans 8:31. Their eyes...you cannot hide intent, in your eyes.
Also, their manner of laughing...if it's at you, it will be a different kind of laugh...can't really describe it, but everyone's heard it at one time or other.
