If you're not responsible enough to use a condom, then you shouldn't be having sex.
You're only fooling yourself if you think sticking it in for a little bit will reduce the urge to have sex. It will only make you want it more.
It only takes one sperm to make a baby and there are thousands in just one drip of pre ejaculatory fluid. Either have sex responsibly, or don't have it at all.

Use your head cheif!
a) having sex without a condom CAN get her pregnant
b) wouldn't you just rather wear a condom so you don't have to worry so much?? worry about pulling out in time... worry about if she's pregnant... worry about diseases....
c) having sex (with or without a condom) never eliminates the urge to have more sex. In fact, it'll probably just make you want to have more sex... and if you're doing it without a condom, you'll eventually get her pregnant.
and guess what... it still feels REALLY good even with a condom on. REALLY Good. Trust me.
If you're not responsible enough to handle the concept of a condom, then you probably aren't ready for sex.

Pre-ejaculatory fluid contains sperm. It only takes one sperm to get a woman pregnant. You should ALWAYS use condoms. This is also necessary to prevent STD's. If you can't handle a condom, then you definitely shouldn't have sex.

Use condoms.
Use additional spermicidal foam if possible.
Even men who have vasectomies can get women pregnant - so how could you be any safer?
Be careful, and don't wreck more than one life by giving into your desperation. Stick with common sense and safe sex measures.

Pretty good chance. If I remember correctly, pre-ejaculate has a higher concentration of semen but because it doesnt project, the chance is less.
Wear a condom, get her on the pill. All of the above?

Wear a condom or make sure she is on birth control first, don't take chances - you have the opportunity to do the right thing before you make a mistake, take it!
