My husband and I are taking my (14) year old son bowling. It's called Crazy Bowl. They turn the lights out and have black lights instead . It's really cool and fun. Most bowling alleys have a bar so we can have a few drinks and socialize with friends but not exclude my son. We are not big bowlers either but we always have a great time!!!

How about having a party at your house for your friend's with kids also. That way, the adults can all gather together, have fun, eat and play games. The kids can do the same.

Buy some sparkling apple cider or ginger ale and make some snacks (finger foods) and sit around the play games.
