If you're using a Windows XP, click start and go to control panel. Look for add/remove programs and check if the MP3 is still there. Just remove it so that you will totally remove the MP3 from the PC. Hope that works!

you don't need to remove it just re-install it and when it says you have already installed this - do you wish to continue, just go ahead.
Otherwise, try uninstalling by going to "my computer" then on the right hand-side panel you should find and select the "add/remove programmes" - select the MP3 player and click on uninstall.

ok go on the "start" list see ur mp3 program then on the list open the tab then it will say something like uninstall then say yes then reinstall it
warning!:when u do that sometimes ur songs get erased

Find where the file is located by doing a search. Right click the file and delete it.
