nytol are good but only get you back into your normal sleep patern they are not a sleeping tablet
if you are having a lot of difficulty sleeping see your doctor

If you are not tired why would you want to sleep, the herbal nytol are useless and the others help you sleep chemically, and you wake up groggy and not refreshed.
A little exercise and not eating too late can work wonders.

Try a cup of Horlicks its the same. Lloyds farmacies do there own strong sleep aid and they are brilliant but not to be used on a regular basis. Also Night Nurse is another good aid but has alcohol in it.

The best over the counter option is Maximum Strength Unisom gel caps....And yes, they WILL make you tired and able to fall asleep. Just make sure to allow yourself at least 8 full hours of sleep or you will be tired and groggy when it's time to wake up....

This is diphenhydramine...same thing as benydral......it should be taken 30 minutes before bedtime, and it should help you sleep. It is also used for colds, allergies, itching, sneezing watery eyes....it blocks the effects of the naturally occurring chemical in the body.....

It depends on the reason why you can't or want to sleep. but for me they had no effect at all

not at all. they are only used to help you fall asleep but they wont make you sleepy if you arent tired.

they don't work, they used to have a non-herbal one which worked abit better but they don't sell it anymore.
