I'm trying to make an account, and this error keeps coming up, and I don't know what it is saying... Any suggestions?

I'm not sure. From that all I can tell is that it needs to be at least 8 - 16 letters? Perhaps it means it must also contain numbers? Like instead of abcdefgh it has to be ab5c4d6e ?

Well, the first part means the password must be at least 8 characters in length and not longer than 16 characters in length.
I have absolutely no idea what "also simultaneously contains them" means. Are you sure you have transcribed the entire message?

Maybe it needs to be a combo of letters and numbers, no characters (like % or #), no underscore, no spaces, all lower (or upper?) case....
Sounds like whoever wrote that didn't speak English as a primary language...

all i can think of is make a 8 letter long password and maybe no fancy marks like:@#$%^&*
