My boyfirends Ex calls and texts out of nowhere still. Not often, but enough. He has picked up the phone in frontof me and has told her in no uncertain terms to STOP contacting him, hes moved on, and is in a healthy happy relationship. a month later she texts "merry xmas" Mind u this is the same woman who he left his wife for...so i have reason to be a tad suspicious. She has since married , yet still txts my bf...should i call her back, text her back or let it go. BF says he doesnt care what i do, he will do whatever i feel better about.

It's a bad sign when an old friend says Merry Xmas.
I think she may be celebrating the holidays and attempting to spread some Christmas cheer.
My suggestion is to turn off all communication devices and hide under the covers until new years, just to be safe.

Just let it go. If he is doing this stuff in front of you and is willing to let you handle it on your own as well then that should be enough for you. If you do decide to call she is going to talk to you and fill your head with doubts and suspicions that are probably all lies. Still though, if she is the one telling you there will be that 1% of your brain that will listen to it and it will effect your relationship. It is best to let him handle it, and you just be the loving girlfriend you are. Over time she will quit and finally get the message.

I would get his number change and if she calls him with the new number then you know it was him you gave her the number and then when that happens if it does then you need to talk with him and not her and if doesn't then you know for sure that he wants to have no contact with her and he only wants to be with you. Thats what i will do i have done it before and the calling and text stop as soon as i got him the new phone haven't recieved a call or text in over 2 years.

Can't you see? She is crazy.
Crazy people do crazy things...it's a fact!
Another fact about crazy people is you are better off just leaving them alone as much as possible. You do not want to upset them because you never know what crazy thing they may do next.
My advise is you should work on your feelings of insecurity in the relationship. The only person you have control over is yourself.
Good luck.

Your bf has a refreshingly open and considerate attitude toward you about this. It sounds like you have nothing to worry about. I really don't think a "merry xmas" text is anything to concern yourself over whatsoever. Try not to think about the ex.

I think at least once a week when hes in the shower you should check the call history on his cell. Make sure hes telling her to bug off consistently, not just when youre around. If he checks out dont do anything.

Have him block her number. Piece of cake; just call your phone service provider.

I would text or call her and tell her you'll file stalking charges against her if it continues. Write down every time she texts and save them. You may need it for a police report. Good luck.
