when someone tries to play you for a fool do you play along or let them know its not working?

It depends who is playing and what game they're playing. Most times I'll go along and in the end spoil the "punch line" for them by being one step ahead and either pointing out the "play" to the "player" or acting as if the outcome was entirely what I wanted anyway. When being played and being aware of it, it is so easy to manipulate the outcome without the player having a clue...

I guess I played along partially out of interest to see what their point is in playing with me in the first place, but also i sometimes just want to believe it that much that I allow it.

i let them know it's not working..or i play along for a little while then i let them know it's not working....play mind games with them,since they trying to play games w/ me....

play along as long as it does not involve sex or money. then let him know you were onto him all the time and drop him like a rock

most of the time I put them on blast for even TRYING to play me like that..

but some circumstances are different and you just gotta play them the right way...
