I have a fujitsu laptop on vista and i cant figure out how to turn the tap off the touch pad .. can you help??

There's a touchpad icon down in the bottom right corner near the clock. Tap that, and the touchpad settings are there.

You can also go to the control panel and open the touchpad icon.
