well, i have no money at all. i'm a bit hungover. i'm at work but no one else is, so there isn't much to do. i'm tired. i've gained five pounds over the last hour. the one person i really want to be with is 600 miles away. i have absolutely no money. i haven't done my laundry in about three weeks. my car needs new brakes and an oil change. i have a headache and turbulent stomach. did i mention i have absolutely no money. maybe just a dime. :-(
if you're feeling the same, then yea.

I feel tired, don't feel like working but I had to come into work and I feel like I gained 10 pounds from eating all day yesterday

Mustabeen something ya ate!
Too many carbs! Too much sugar!
Today only eat protein and vegetables. (meat and salad)
Drink lots of water - if you have to BUY it get SPRING water.
Otherwise just use well water or Britta filtered water from one of those pitchers. (But try to save the earth from those stupid plastic bottles.)
Never drink soda.
You will be better in no time.
