In all honesty, it feels like a valid excuse to postpone what you need to do and best of all, that new years day happens only once every 365 days. Makes it so easy to become lame.

I guess because of a couple of reasons, one the date: 01/01/New Year. And the second is that it is kinda a tradition. I don't make resolutions, tho. They lead to expectations which always lead to dissapointment. Don't try, don't resolve, just do or not.
