If you are trying to refill and old aerosol can you won't be able to do it safely without the proper equipment.
But they do sell bottles that you put in your liquid then pump up with an air pump to spray whatever it is you are trying to spray.
You can find them on line and some hardware stores carry them.

I don't think you can, atleast and get it resealed and pressurized.

You can buy a can that you put the liquid in and then pump to build pressure. It sprays out like an aerosol can. it is a cooking supply.

All depends on what liquid you want to spray. Please edit your question and be specific You can get a small garden spray ( used for spraying plants ) which you can pressurise by hand pumping. It would hold about half a pint. But only for fairly thin liquids. Never pump anything flammable and never puncture a commercial aerosol.

you cant, but you can go to a grocery store and by the cooking sprays they usually sell this bottle you can pour your liquid into, pump it up and down to get air into it, and it sprays like an aerosol.

MSCDirect.com has one. you unscrew the top and fill the conatainer with whatever liquid you want. then screw the top back on and compress with air. it works good, but not with paint. also, do not fill with gas or anything explosive like that. it makes it very unstable.
