I try not to and if I do, I try to keep it brief. I really have no problem with people using cell phones if they can actually drive while doing so and not wrapped up in some leisure conversation and not paying attention to their surroundings. It makes me mad when people are poking and driving way too slow holding up traffic or weaving in and out of traffic totally oblivious to the other cars around them as they are engaged in conversation on their cell phones. I mean your first priority should be to operate your vehicle shouldn't it?

Nope. It's illegal to be operating a cell phone while operating a vehicle in NY. Besides, I get really angry with people on their phones who almost crash into me (which happens alot) so I won't do it.
