Eating too much.
I had to give up the drinking a long time ago because I kept forgetting things when I drank
Things like, I was married, going home at night, they actually expected to see me at work; little things like that.

I didn't overdo it on the food or drink yesterday, surprisingly...now, yesterday, I was hung over as hell from Christmas Eve...

Neither. We drank no alcohol, and ate reasonably. I did have one piece of mincemeat pie that did give me a bit of heartburn at bedtime, but I took an antacid and a gas fighter, and I'm 'ready to go' this morning ... I have to 'rearrange the dresser' because some of our goodies have changed the 'drawer distribution.' FUN, FUN, FUN!
