Ok ladies I am trying to delay my period by just a couple of days and I'm not sure if it is possible. I am on the pill and I just finished the first week of the pack. Is there anyway that I can delay my period coming by a couple of days??? Thank you!

Yes--after you finish taking all the "active" pills in your birth control pack, start immediately on the next birth control pack. In other words, skip the "placebo" pills that have no hormonal content, and that you usually take at the end of the pack while you are bleeding. If you just start on the next pills in the new pack, you will not have a withdrawal bleed.

Yes, you can by continuing this pack then skipping the placebos in this pack and going right into the next pack. Your period this month will not come.

I have skipped every other month on the pill this way and it works.

You can "try" by taking skipping the sugar pills and go straight into the next pack of active pills...it may or may not work for you.

Skip all placebo's, go directly to next pack. Also, Its not advised to do this often.

Nope no way to do it.

Even if you TRY with your birth control, it does not mean it will work.
