something to make some else happy? or being the person you really wanted to be? was there ever a clear defining moment in your life where you really did something not just for you but for the bettering of someone else? where you looked past your own problems, and just made the world a better place to live? i am open to this.......

It is normal to blame oneself when bad things happen.

I cant think of anything for myself but there are many people who kept their mouths shut when they could have said something, that contributed or escalated a situation , led it to an erroneous situation and people got hurt.

Unethical behavior is sometimes explained away as "for the good of the majority" ," I made a promise" ,"collateral damage".
