Because I want to make a website using some free hosting thing to let ppl who likes crafts to enter it and post their creations.

My messageboard is on there. You can have administrator's and moderators. I've been using them for over 6 years. It's completely free and the only ads you have are in your personal profile (very tiny ads).

You could just use a forum, with just one big catagory for different types of crafts and things. People can post there work on them.

Some of the blog sites do that a lot... the Google one at Blogger is called a "team blog"...here's some info about it:
