However there seems to be a blockage in the tubes, since the water is coming out very slowly, and the water pressure appears weak, I think it could be caused by a blockage in the tubing, can I add bleach to the water to clean out the tubes, or will this do more damage?

If not is there any cleaning solution i can get that will clean out the tubes?

I have tried a google search however this has proven to be friutless.

Two possibilities, a buildup of hard water deposits or bacterial and fungal slime. Calcium deposits can be removed with CLR Lime-away or vinegar. To remove slimy grunge, use bleach. Another possible cause is hair or lint caught in the impeller of the pump. Most of these little pumps can be pried apart for cleaning. RScott

Many water pumps used in this type of appliance can be dismantled and cleaned IF you can get to it. If you can get to it, carefully dis-assemble it (pay attention to how it comes apart so you can put it back together again), clean out all the "gunk" you will find in it and re-assemble, it should work like new. If you can't get to it, or if it is a "sealed unit", try filling the reservoir with a solution of 1/2 warm water and 1/2 vinegar or a product called CLR (yeah, the one advertised on TV). Many times that will restore proper function to the pump.

dont use bleach, instead use plain white vinegar to soften and remove the scale deposits in the pump and tubes, it may take a while and several tries, flush it sevderal times afterward with clean water

You probably have scale buildup in your tubing. Try running some vinegar (or coffee pot cleaner) through it first. You might also try some CLR if the vinegar doesn't work.
