If you mean full world peace, probably not. Someone will always think that they are entitled to more than they have and try to take it. If you really think about it, crime is like a very scaled back version of war.
But if you want instant peace, try out Switzerland or Iceland. They seem to have the right idea about staying out of international affairs.
