If you mean full world peace, probably not. Someone will always think that they are entitled to more than they have and try to take it. If you really think about it, crime is like a very scaled back version of war.
But if you want instant peace, try out Switzerland or Iceland. They seem to have the right idea about staying out of international affairs.

If you really want to know and feel it too, there should be war first. The peace coming after a war only can be felt and enjoyed.

No>As long as everyone is an individual and has there own opinion,there will always be controversy in life.Leading to confliction and wars.Add a little religion into this mess and it only gets worse.
