what you mena day? 24 hours or you mean you plan to meet a girl for some action and wondering how many times you can do in that night? if you have not had sex for long time probably 4-5 (one after another after few min rest) but if you have sex regularly maybe 3, since you ejacualte often.
I say depends how much you ejaculate in regular basis. And also who our doing it with, if your dong it with new girl you can do more since she is new but if she is someone you have been sleeping for some time then less since yoru not as excited as sleeping with new person

Same amount of times as a 20 yr. old or 40,50,60,70 yr. old. it all depends on the woman. Some women just seem to spark a turn on more than others. I'm 42 and can go all day with the right woman.

I am 31 and I can still do it as many times as I want to. The problem is though being married with three kids (youngest @ 3 months old) doesn't leave much time for wooing.
