Take care of yourself. Eat right, exercise, get enough sleep, drink 8 glasses of water per day. Read books and challenge yourself to become better. Take some courses, or choose a new hobby. Be happy.

Physically: resistance training, like lifting weights. And, eat some protein.
Mentally: live. Usually, the tougher the experience, the 'stronger' and wiser you become afterward.

Exercise both you're body and mind. Lot's of ways to do this , Yoga , traditional weight lifting , meditating.
