One thing you do know, if born in the UK, is that you are not one of a multiple birth.
Here, the time of birth is only recorded when there is more than one infant to identify the elder or eldest.
Records are not kept forever at a hospital but were usually sent to the local County Health Department.

If its not on the birth cert. and your parents or family dont know youre probably out of luck.
Maybe check with hospital records. They may be able to help. Maybe?

Probably ask your parent/guardian I'd imagine. You generally find that the mother was there at the time of birth.
