choose colors that highlight your skin complexion
consider wearing accessories (earrings, necklace etc) to add flavor to your outfit
where clothes that are form fitting (not skin tight) but something that brings attention and attraction to your body
wear a little make up...not much just a little bit
and change up your hairstyle and i'm sure all of this will definately make you look FABULOUS

well depending on what your school allows and doesn't allow you may put some make-up on( but not too much).Maybe put your hair up in a bun,or a pony tail.If you have time then maybe you could braid it.

Depending on your age, I'd probably say you should go to Deliah's or Nordstrom. They sell nice clothing down there.

Do your hair in a messy bun and use foundation eyeliner and mascara and u will look fabuloussss :)
