Banks are your most readily available option but not your only option. You can look for a private investor that has that money but you are still going to have to make it worth their while and pay interest or some kind of fee.
If you have the credit, use a credit card or several credit cards and cash advance the money from them. You still have finance fees unless you get a no payment for a few months type deal.....

the only other option that i can think of is borrow from your family and/or friends but if you need that kind of money I would think the bank would be your best bet
payday loan places don't give out that lump of money to anyone. i think the most they give out is $1000

If this is for a business, try an angel investor....search for "angel investor" or "angel loans". A search for "angel investor" on yahoo turned up over 56,000 hits, including the following two:

I believe you can make multiple requests, getting small amounts from each investment group, until you raise the amount you need.
