I am planning on creating an secret organization of students in my high school , but i don't want anyone but us to know about it. How do i keep my organization an secret?

For years the best way to keep things a secret is by only allowing new recruits to be refered into the organization.
It is the way the lumanati have done it.
One problem to do this that often when an organization is unknown, they often have trouble getting members.
