Both of the programs below will remove the malware. Be aware that this malware is constantly changing its identifiers to hide from the security programs. What doesn't work to get rid of it today will work tomorrow after updating. SAS will also remove the malware that accompanies the Security Toolbar.

Download and Install Super Antispyware free. Reboot into Safe mode and Run SAS. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

After removing the malware you will want to cleanup your computer and remove infected restore points to avoid reinfection if you ever use system restore in the future.

Remove temporary files, logs, cookies, etc. by using Ccleaner. Do not use "Advanced Settings" or the "Issues" button. Use only the default settings. http://www.ccleaner.com/
During install of Ccleaner you will be offered the Yahoo Toolbar. UNcheck if not wanted.

Turn off system restore. This will remove all restore points since some are infected . Turn system restore back on.

Your computer has a Smitfraud infection. Follow the procedure and use the recommended RogueFix tool to remove it.

And if RogueFix doesn't work for some reason, give the free specialised removal tool, SmitfraudFix a crack at it:

Good luck.

Go to Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs
Find the program with that title and click remove.
