The honest answer is of coarse yes. Every person on Earth has told a lie at some point in their life. You have, I have, and every one reading this has. In fact, most of your replys to this question are lies.

yes

specifically when in the state of the union address before the Iraq war when he said that Saddam was trying to get uranium from Africa, that was a lie

he had been made aware months before that that information was wrong and needed to be removed from the speech but was put back in by the white house in the final draft of the speech

Bush is not God , He is just like you and I and all other men But, I am sure that the Clinton's, and all the rest of our wonderful politicians have told the truth, and nothing but the truth, If you believe that ,then we all, are in trouble. My faith teaches me, Lying is wrong, and a sin. no matter who does it, But How can you, single one person out, and ask that question.? that pretty petty..If ,Bush lied and does not ask for forgiveness, He will be held accountable ,just like anyone else will, that lies .So don't worry, He will stand before the same God I stand before, And God doesn't 't have favorites, No ,not even the wondrous Clinton's. enough said.
