They are the biggest terrorists seeing as the population is like 300 million now isn't it? And they did attack and invade another country - sounds like terrorism to me.

The most consummate terrorist group the world has ever known was the OAS - Organisation Armee Secrete.They originated in Algeria in the early 1960s and were mostly French military.Osama bin Laden and Al Quaeda are pure sissies compared to the OAS,who almost killed DeGaulle and nearly toppled the French government.In my opinion,the cause of the OAS was a just one.I'm reliably informed some of them are still around in France.If the OAS had practiced their brand of terrorism in the United States since September 11 2001 instead of those Islamic types,this country would have run up the white flag a long time ago.

Depends on your definition of "terrorist" as countless governments to this day will deliberately target civilians to achieve their goals. Also Bin Laden I would say is technically an activist not a terrorist. Luis Posada Carriles, a pro American / American supported Cuban, is a contender but I would say Che Guevara is the biggest the world has seen. (Again depends on your definition).
