sorry to hear that. =(
I usually try to not think about the problem. I just do something that distracts me like playing video games. But usually watching a movie or TV show that I've downloaded into my computer is much easier to do than playing games. I cannot concentrate on anything when I'm depress
And I sleep alot too. Odd hours sleep.
I hope you'll be ok soon. *hugs*

Those who said to take a walk are right on target.
Another thing would be to volunteer at your local food pantry today thru Friday. They are short on volunteers 'cause of holiday vacations - and heavy on clients because they've been closed for 4 days. Plus it is the end of the month, so the clients are out of money.
It really helps me forget my depression - at least for a few hours.

Take a walk, listen to some soothing music, volunteer, call a friend, visit the elderly, visit your Humane Society, invite someone over who is all alone, bake a favorite dish, take a leisurely bath, pet a puppy, hug a baby and always SMILE*
Edit...
That is what Bo G was trying for was a smile****

When I feel like that, I try to think of all the positives that are in my life., and try to be grateful for those. Even things as simple as a roof over my head, heat, food, hot water, etc., etc., Then, of course there's family, good friends, my job, a running car.....just think of what your life would be like without even the basic things....there's always something to be glad about.

I try to walk it off whenever possible... literally. It gets the frustrations out plus you get a workout. If not, then just get out of the house. I find that staying in makes it worse. =) Hope you get to feeling better!
