Report him to the Bar Association.

Ever hear of blogs, youtube and the like. As long as it's done in truth the internet can be your best friend. Companies, Businesses, Schools, Politicians, Media, and Government are quickly learning that the populous has the ability to bring them to their knees with the use, of blogs and video posts. Ask the jerk if he can say 'blog'. Advertise his lack of ethics. It's your duty!

If you have a lawyer after you, get a lawyer. Anything else is bringing a knife to a gunfight.

If you're not able to prove those allegations of abuse by a credentialed educator of children, I can see why she might feel defamed. If you ARE able to prove them, you're fine since truth is an ABSOLUTE defense to defamation.

P.S. It's spelled "breach," not "breech."

He's not intimidating you, he is acting as a lawyer.

When you don't pay your bills and have a dispute with the creditor, they hire a lawyer.

When you engage in a five year long written campaign against someone making claims that are clearly harmful to their professional reputation, even after an investigation clears them, they hire a lawyer.

You sound like the one harassing and intimidating people.

If you don't want to deal with the backlash, put a cork in it.
