Most import cars have a small plastic cap that covers the arm where it connects to the wiper linkage....lift up that cap and there should be a nut underneath it that holds the wiper arm to the splined stud. Remove the nut....metric..and lift or pry the arm off of the wiper stud shaft. Be careful to note how the wiper arm sits on the windshield so you can position the new one in the same place....usually, they rest a couple inches up from the bottom of the glass. Also, be careful not to damage the splines on the stud when removing or installing the arms.
