I think the answer depends a lot on what kind of mobile computing devices you have in mind and what format you want the slide notes in.

If you can narrow it down it would help. For example a better question would be, "How can I export the slide notes as text and for Windows CE device?" or "What's the best way to get slide notes into an iPhone?"
